The treatment advice: your personal plan
After the intake we draw up a treatment advice and treatment plan together with you. That plan is your roadmap: it describes which treatment fits your question, what your goals are and how we follow progress together. You help decide, because it is your process.
- A treatment plan we draw up together with you
- You receive a copy of it
- A multidisciplinary team around your process
- On location, digital or as a hybrid combination
- We evaluate progress cyclically and adjust
What is the treatment advice?
The treatment advice is the outcome of the intake: a proposal for the treatment that best fits your complaint, your goals and your context. Together we translate that into a concrete treatment plan.
How is the plan created?
Based on the diagnosis and the indication, we draw up a treatment plan in consultation with you. We discuss which form of treatment is suitable, what you can expect from it and which goals we pursue.
You receive a copy of the treatment plan, so that you always know what has been agreed. Nothing happens without you knowing why.
Which forms of treatment are there?
We offer proven effective therapies, from cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR to systemic therapy, ACT and more. Which form fits, we decide together. On the Treatments page you find the full range.
Who is involved?
Around your process there is a multidisciplinary team, with your fixed lead practitioner as ultimately responsible for the coordination. Where it helps, we involve your loved ones.
On location, digital or hybrid?
Your treatment can take place on location in Eindhoven or Den Bosch, via video call, or as a combination of these. This way the care adapts to your life, instead of the other way round.
Evaluating and adjusting
We evaluate progress cyclically, together with you and, if you wish, your loved ones. If things go differently than hoped, we adjust the plan in consultation. Recovery is not a straight line, and we set up the treatment for that.
