Waiting time
We're honest about our waiting times. Below you'll find the current indication, an explanation of the Treek standard and what you can do if waiting takes too long.
Updated on 27-05-2026. These waiting times apply to all our locations and to online treatment. No rights can be derived from this estimate.
Our current application waiting time is above the Treek standard. We know waiting can be hard and do everything we can to start sooner where possible. Can't manage the wait? Then we're happy to help you further with waiting-list mediation.
The national agreement
The Treek standard is a national agreement between care providers and health insurers on maximum acceptable waiting times. For mental health care it is: a maximum of 4 weeks until intake and a maximum of 10 weeks until the start of treatment, counted from first contact.
We strive to stay as close to that as possible and to let you know at every step where you stand.
Waiting-list mediation via your insurer
Your health insurer is obliged to help you via waiting-list mediation. They can often get you an intake sooner, sometimes with another provider. You'll find the contact details on the Rates and reimbursement page.
