AndersGGZ
Our care

Rates and reimbursement

Good care must be accessible. That's why AndersGGZ has contracts with all relevant health insurers and charges no personal contribution.

Reimbursement

Reimbursed from basic insurance

Treatment in specialist mental health care falls under basic insurance. Because we have contracts with all relevant health insurers, we bill your insurer directly.

  • Contracts with all relevant health insurers
  • Direct billing, no advance payment
  • AndersGGZ charges no personal contribution
  • You need a referral for reimbursement
Own risk (deductible)

Bear in mind your own risk

For care under basic insurance, the legally required own risk (deductible) applies. Your health insurer settles this with you; the amount depends on what you've already used that year.

Waiting-list mediation

Contacting your insurer

Do you find the waiting time too long? Your health insurer is obliged to help you via waiting-list mediation and can often get you an intake sooner. Below you'll find the direct contact details per insurer, by phone, website or email:

Is your insurer not listed, or can't you reach them? On your insurer's website you'll find the mediation or care-advice department. No rights can be derived from this information.

No-show policy

Cancelling an appointment

Can't make it? Let us know in time, so we can give the slot to someone else. If you don't show up for an appointment (a no-show), we charge €70 for this. These costs are not reimbursed by your insurer.

After two no-shows we send you a 10-day letter asking you to contact us. If we don't hear from you within ten days, we close the file.

Frequently asked questions
