Complaints and disputes
We do our best to offer you good care. Still, it can happen that you're dissatisfied about something. Let us know, your complaint helps us improve care.
- 01
Discuss it with your practitioner
The fastest route is often an open conversation. Discuss your dissatisfaction with your practitioner or lead practitioner. Often more is possible than you think and we resolve it together. You may bring someone for support.
- 02
Engage a confidential adviser
Can't work it out together, or prefer to discuss it with someone else? For clients, Pejman Darvish-Zadeh is the confidential adviser (Pejman@andersggz.nl, 085 130 81 16). For family and loved ones it's Fatiha Bouzidi (Fatiha@andersggz.nl). You can report your complaint orally or informally.
- 03
The complaints officer
Our independent complaints officer listens, thinks along and mediates, free of charge and confidentially. A formal written complaint starts a statutory response period of six weeks, which can be extended by four weeks.
- 04
The disputes committee
If that doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your complaint to the independent Healthcare Disputes Committee, which we are affiliated with. It makes a binding ruling.
- 05
Legal framework
AndersGGZ acts in accordance with the Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Your complaint also helps us improve our care, for which we are grateful.
Let us know
