Suitable care

Who are we here for?

AndersGGZ offers planned, outpatient specialist mental health care. We're here for everyone who can work on recovery together in a safe, stable setting, at their own pace and in their own language. And if another form of care fits better? Then we help you to the right place.

You're in the right place with us if…

  • you experience symptoms such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, ADHD, sleep or life-phase problems
  • you want to work on recovery together in a planned, outpatient setting
  • you want to feel heard in your own language, culture and context
  • mild to moderate problems with alcohol or substances play a role

Everyone deserves care that truly fits

Does your situation call for immediate, intensive or specialised help? Then we make sure you quickly reach the right place:

  • Acute distress or safety

Do you have thoughts of suicide or is there acute distress? Then you deserve help right now. Call your GP (out-of-hours service) or 113 on 0800-0113. We're happy to think along about the right next step.

  • Intensive or clinical care

Some symptoms, such as psychosis, call for more intensive or clinical treatment. We help you find your way to a place equipped for that.

  • Specialised addiction care

For severe addiction, specialised addiction care fits better. We refer you there specifically, so you get the care you need.
