Quality statute

Quality of care is no coincidence. AndersGGZ works with an approved national quality statute and a quality management system set up according to the ISO 9001 standard.

What is it?

Clear who is responsible for what

Since 2017, all providers of medical mental health care under the Health Insurance Act are required to publish an approved quality statute. In it we set out how we organise care: who acts as lead practitioner, how the care process runs and how we safeguard continuity and safety.

  • Fixed lead practitioner as central point of contact
  • Multidisciplinary consultation and cyclical evaluation
  • BIG-registered practitioners
Our approach

Culturally sensitive, specialist mental health care

We focus on people with psychiatric problems and, where applicable, addiction problems. We involve family and environment where that helps, and offer care on location, remotely and via e-health.

We treat in the language you choose, including Dutch, English, Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, French and more. For complex questions, such as a dual diagnosis, we work from specialised treatment programmes.

Quality policy

Continuous improvement

We work with care programmes and protocols based on current guidelines, conduct internal audits and analyse incidents together. Our lead practitioners structurally reflect on their practice in peer review, supervision and multidisciplinary consultation. AndersGGZ is in an advanced process towards ISO certification.
