AndersGGZ.nl Zorg en Welzijn B.V. is an agile organisation with short lines. A clear governance structure and robust quality policy keep care reliable and safe.
Executive board
The executive board has ultimate responsibility for day-to-day leadership and for the quality and safety of care. The board sets policy, monitors execution and ensures the organisation delivers on its mission. Clients and funders set high standards; we aim to meet them with a well-functioning quality management system.
Supervisory board
The supervisory board independently oversees the executive board and the organisation's policy. It watches over the quality and safety of care, financial health and compliance with laws and regulations, and acts as a sounding board and adviser to the executive board. This keeps governing and overseeing separate, in line with good care governance.
Multidisciplinary and region-focused
We work from treatment programmes and multidisciplinary teams, with the lead practitioner ultimately responsible for coordination around a client. From Eindhoven and Den Bosch we serve clients throughout the Netherlands, including online.

Demonstrably in order
Our quality management system is set up according to the ISO 9001 standard and we are in an advanced certification process. We work within the legal framework of, among others, the Wkkgz, the Wmcz, the BIG Act and the GDPR.
